About Me
Originally from Yorkshire, I moved to Bristol to study nursing and stayed for many years, while working as a nurse and raising my two boys.
I moved to the beautiful town of Penarth early 2026, having been previously spending a lot of time here over the past 8 years and fell in love with the place and the people.
I discovered the amazing benefits of Reflexology years ago, after having treatments myself for on going hormonal issues. I found it to be such an effective holistic therapy; deeply calming and restorative and helped me get back to a level of balance.
I went on to study Reflexology almost 9 years ago; achieving a Level 3 Diploma with the International Institute of Reflexology. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and fully insured. I am also DBS checked.
I now have a tranquil treatment room in Penarth where my clients can relax and enjoy a calming Reflexology session, enabling you to fully switch off and have an hour of self care.
I am passionate about the holistic approach and how Reflexology can provide enormous physical and emotional benefits to our well being. I have supported many clients through periods of anxiety and stress; hormone issues, cancer treatment and chronic disease management.
During my nursing careeer, I have had many years of experience with managing chronic diseases and cancer care. I have also spent time as a volunteer Reflexologist at the Bristol Macmillan Centre. This experience and knowledge provides me with the skills to support every client with the utmost care and empathy.
I am committed to maintaining high standards of professional therapy and have continued to study and develop my practise so am able to offer the following treatments:
Facial Reflexology
VRT (Vertical Reflexology Therapy)
Spinal Reflexology
Reflexology for Menopause
Reflexology Lymph Drainage
